Snowfall is now in fifth season and becoming one of my favorites Wednesday's night watching  alternative.

Snowfall is an American crime drama television series, created by John Singleton, Eric Amadio, and Dave Andron, that was first broadcast on FX on July 5, 2017.[1] Set in Los Angeles in 1983, the series revolves around the first crack epidemic and its impact on the city. The series follows the stories of several characters whose lives are fated to intersect: 20-year-old drug dealer Franklin Saint, Mexican luchador Gustavo "El Oso" Zapata, CIA operative Teddy McDonald, and a Mexican crime boss's niece, Lucia Villanueva.[2]

The series, which was first set up at Showtime in 2014,[3] was picked up by FX for a ten-episode season on September 30, 2016.[4] On August 9, 2017, the network renewed Snowfall for a second season,[5] which premiered on July 19, 2018.[6] On September 19, 2018, the series was renewed for a third season,[7] which premiered on July 10, 2019.[8] On August 6, 2019, FX renewed the series for a fourth season which was originally scheduled to premiere in 2020,[9] but filming was temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[10] The fourth season premiered on February 24, 2021.[11][12] On March 23, 2021, FX renewed the series for a fifth season which premiered on February 23, 2022

 I am Dragon is one of the most remarkable dragon fantasy movie out there.  It's a Russian low-cost production, but let that not turn you away.  It pleasantly surprised me and millions of other fans.   The cinematics were beautiful, even if there was CGI involved in parts (like when the dragon is flying) and the story combines both legend, ancient people, and their rituals as well as a bit of a fairy tale element. It has a "Beauty and the Beast" feel to it, but both richer and deeper as a story. Edward Cullin, eat your heart out because this story put out any flames the "Twilight" Saga may have sparked in my opinion. And if a girl can fall in love with a vampire and a werewolf, well... let's just say this movie is intensely more romantic without all the poor acting and long drawn out multi-movie requirement. The Nevers is an HBO science fiction series created by Joss Whedon. The series first episode premiered on April 11, 2021. The first season will consist of twelve episodes that will be split into two six-episode parts. It is targeted to be an epic science fiction drama during Victorian period, centered on a gang of women who discover they possess unusual abilities and are soon targeted by relentless enemies while they are on a world-changing mission. The exciting new period drama from HBO, the Gilded Age is in the mid of its first season, with episode 5 previewed to be aired on Monday February 21st.  It's set in New York city in the last 19th century. The season starts in 1882 New York City , industrialist George Russell moves into an elaborate Stanford White -designed mansion with his wife Bertha and their two children, son Larry and daughter Gladys. Across the street from their residence, sisters Agnes van Rhijn and Ada Brook prepare for the arrival of their niece Marian, who is leaving Doylestown, Pennsylvania after learning she would only inherit $30 from her deceased father's estate.
